Staffing

Well, we both thought today would be the day we announced the hiring of our Daycare Manager, but it looks like the search continues. We’ve had some really amazing applicants though, so even though our first choice has declined, we’re looking forward to meeting the right person.

Truly, and no disrespect to any of the lovely ladies who’ve come in so far, I hope we can find a man. Something of a rarity in the Early Childhood Education field, believe me. We’re lucky enough to have one man in our daycare, but we were hoping to have two.

In any case, we’re still looking, so if you know of any qualified Early Childhood Educators, please let them know that we’re hiring for a Curriculum Manager/Daycare Supervisor.
