Slip n Slide Party – July 29, 2012
It’s here! For real! It’s summer! And that means there are a million things for you and your family to do, places to go, and people to see. We hope that you’ll manage to save us one afternoon and join us for our first summer party – Slip n’ Slide 2012!
When: Sunday July 29, 2012, starting at 2pm
Where: East 6th Ave. and St. Catherine’s St.

While we always encourage you to travel sustainably, for those who will be driving to the park, there is free residential street parking in this neighbourhood and pay parking in the lot at Keith and 6th.
It’s an epic 100′ long water slide, perfect for the whole family! Big kids, little kids, and kids that climb on rocks! Don’t worry, it’s totally safe, and with the tubes, you barely even get wet. Kids as young as 3 have been known to go down by themselves (depending on their bravery levels), and younger kids have gone down on laps. Even Benson’s been down a few times! There’s a playground at the bottom of the hill, a giant field for running around and playing sports, diaper changing tables at the top of the hill, and more fun than you can shake a stick at.
Bring a picnic, something inflatable, and all your friends, to help us celebrate all that is good in the world – namely SUMMER!
Please note: we were unable to get the portable toilet arranged, and the nearest public restrooms are some distance away. There are woods nearby and those with camping experience may be able to make it work. Everything else is going to be perfect!
