Rockin’ the Roll-over

Nothing is more priceless than time, so you never want to waste it.

Our flat rate and no minimum membership means you never have to purchase more hours than you need. And, our flexible one-hour booking policy means when plans change, you can unbook as well.

However, hours are for the calendar month for which they were purchased, and at the end of the month, well, unused hours expire. 🙁

BUT!!!

We want you to use the hours you have, so on the 1st of the new month, we give you new hours, to replace them, minus 2.

This deduction (or “deterrent”) helps everyone remember to use their hours. It also means the end of the month is often extra busy, since families want to use them rather than lose the 2 hours. Which is perfect!

If hours were unbooked and unused because your child was sick, email us before the end of the month and we’ll waive the deduction. No details or proof required.

Here are the Roll-Over Rules:

1. Unused hours roll-over, minus 2 – waived for keeping sick kids home. Thanks. 😉

2. Hours are rolled on the 1st of the month and cannot be booked until they are applied. For quicker service, let us know you’ll have hours to roll. If you need a morning spot on the 1st or 2nd, you should plan to buy the hours.

3. We do not provide refunds for unused hours.

4. You must maintain your account (min. $10/mo.) to receive new hours.
