Sprouts Pack a Punch
Last weekend, Aaron Quesnel – the founder of Vancouver company Sky Harvest – stopped in at Buddings to deliver our first Teaching Things to Kids Presentation, all about microgreens!
Locally-grown and ultra-nutritious, SkyHarvest grows a variety of sprouts and herbs, and delivers them to homes and restaurants (sustainably!) around the city.
Aaron was an amazing presenter and the boys were super excited, and paid excellent attention to the process. Click the image to check out the video!
Saturdays at Buddings are more than just another day of the week. We have cool presentations and activities, and whether it’s to cover a quick(er!) shopping trip, or just a chance to relax, the kids at Buddings on Saturdays get to have all the fun! There’s no extra cost, and Buddings members pay just $15/hour.
