Halloween Party – The Recap!
We were all very excited for our Halloween Party. A day before, teachers decorate Buddings and everyone got their Halloween costumes ready. The whole Buddings looked very spooky!
On Friday morning we were all ready for our big party. Teachers and children were dressed up and were showing their costumes to each other. We had all sorts of costumes; bumble bees, princesses, ninja turtles, Frankeinsten, policeman, and so many others!
We had a really cool orange photo booth were children sat next to a spooky Jack O’ Lanthern and pose for their pictures. We really had to take pictures of their cool costumes. They looked so cute! We’ll send you those pictures soon parents.
Jen and her dad came to visit us just before we had our talent show. It was a very nice surprise that they visited us that day. They got here just on time for our talent show. We all sat around our Halloween stage and enjoyed a great show that our children presented. There were so many talents!
When it was time to have some snacks we ate a very “yuckydelicious” one: Jello with eyeballs (grapes). Daniel is still saying “eyeballs, eyeballs” when he asks us for some grapes. It was funny that the toddlers kept repeating it. If you hear your child asking for “eyeballs” now you know that means: “I would like to have some green grapes please.”
Later on, we did a Halloween march and off we went to sing Halloween songs on the streets and wish everyone a Happy Halloween. People would stop and say hi to us. We saw a lot of people with cool costumes and they were very nice and stopped to talk to us.
What a great Halloween Party we had!
